i just cooked hokkien mee! just because 2 weeks ago i ate the hokkien mee cooked by jon's mum and it was SUPER DELICIOUS! so i decided to cook a batch of noodles myself. of cos i picked up some tips from aunty. :) oh by the way, it is for sure that her noodles are MUCH more delicious than mine because she is super experienced and super GOOD in cooking and her noodles included a whole load more ingredients! hers has prawns and sotong and a lot more veggie and fried onions and of cos some pig fat. :p mine only taiwan sausage, fishcake, bean sprouts and noodles. but still as shiok because she taught me good tactics!
